Hello Pack
There are a few things I would like to remind you of regarding camping/events.
1. Whenever you sign up to go camping/events - you need to pay at the time of registration. There are fees that we have to pay to the Council.
2. In the event you can not attend the event, we CAN NOT refund the fee. Once we pay the Council and purchase supplies (food, equipment, etc.), we assume you are going. If you can not attend, you need to find someone to take your place and they will give you the fees they would have paid.
3. We have some tents/sleeping bags at the hut which are on a first come first serve basis. You need to confirm with the den leader that you need some items.
4. The pack is going green. Please purchase a mess kit, reusable water bottle, and coffee cup, that you will wash and reuse for every meal.
